Help please. Clutch fly wheel issue

Hi everyone Iím at my wits end. I bought a ams single mass flywheel conversion for my 2007 Ford Focus Manual mtx75 And we have now put in three
Slaves and every time right away it rips the round retaking clip off the release bearing. I ave attached pictures and video I canít afford to drop another slave in What is the problem

You may need a pedal stop.
The bearing might be pressing too far or too had against the PP when you push the pedal all the way to the floor.
Next time you get it all back together, see if you can release the trans by, say, 3/4 of the pedal travel.
If you can, put something behind it or attach a pedal stop to keep from pushing the pedal too far for that configuration.

I have the opposite problem.
I think I need to shim my slave closer to the PP, because it won't release, even though it travels the full length with the pedal.
