2015 Focus SE A/C Quits Blowing Air from Vents

I bought a 2015 Focus SE new from Jim Burke Ford in Bakersfield in July of 2015. From the start I've had trouble with the A/C on long non stop driving trips. After about an hour and a half or around 120 to 140 miles the A/C will quit blowing air through any of the vents, defroster or to the floor. You can still hear the fan run, and can hear it change speeds when the fan speed selector switch is changed, but no air comes out any of the vents. The problem is it quits blowing during the long drive periods, but when I try to go to any local Ford Dealer in the nearest town I'm closest to, it will start working again when I slow down and get into stop and go driving, so it is working by the time I get to the Dealer. I have taken the Focus back to the Selling Dealer 5 or 6 times but since it is working when I arrive at the Service Department they refuse to look at it, or even Document that I was having a problem. So, Ford Motor Company has no records of my complaints on file. I have had the car at 3 different Dealers. Jim Charlon Ford Service Manager did do research and found a Bulletin about changing out the A/C Control Module, which they did do. But that has not fixed the problem. Next time I took it into Charlon Ford they told me the Battery was bad and that would cause the problem, so they installed a new battery. The battery did not fix the problem. I have called Ford Motor Company Customer Relations but they have been useless also. They issued me a Case number on July 25th 2019 when I called them, but have no record of that Case Number when I called then again today when the A/C quit working again today. They did issue another Case Number today, August 7th 2019. I believe there is an issue with one of the Duct Blend Doors closing for some reason during a long non stop driving period, but No Ford Dealer will send a Mechanic out for an hour and a half one way drive, or a 140 mile one way test drive to see what happens when it quits working.
This is totally frustrating because I've been a Ford Dealer Mechanic myself, starting working at a Ford Dealer in 1974 and worked on Fords until I retired working on Fords in 1994. My problem is that the technology has changed so much since I retired I no longer know how the new systems work, nor do I have the new tools to diagnosis the problem or connect to the on board computer systems.
The Selling Dealer, Jim Burke Ford Screwed me over royally by not Documenting my complaints each time I took the car back to them.

Yes there was. The Service Manager at Jim Charlon Ford researched the problem with his direct connection with Ford. He did find the Bulletin on on replacing the Control Module, and they did replace the Module with the Upgraded Module. But it did not repair the problem. I've been told that they have tried "Flashing" both the old and new modules.

I've thought it could be a door problem, but can't find a diagram o the heater / a/c duct system on the internet that I can download or look at. Have thought about using a Bore Scope Camera to loom into the vents and see what position they are in when working properly, and the look again when the problem occurs.
