Replaced heated seaty pad...now airbag light on....

so, i pulled my drivers seat (05 zx4 ST) and replaced the heated seat pad.....now my airbag light is on.....i checked all the wiring, and it seems to be all plugged in correctly.....

seen lots of threads about different seats causing the issue, but these are the stock seats from this car....

any ideas?...

Thanks

Paul

Possibly dislodged the plug on the airbag in the outer shoulder of the seat would be my guess

Passenger seat has a bladder setup in the seat bottom to tell when there is weight in the seat. I would just pull the seat and check the hook ups there. To access the actual bladder, you have to pull the seat cushion; it rests between the seat pan and cushion. Could have been disturbed or messed with when you replaced the heat element above
