Thanks for the info man. No offense taken. Just didn't word it as well as I could've I suppose.

I even bench bled the second MC just for the heck of it, even though I never do, still same good pedal with no clutch.

luk is generally the best slave too (it was normally oem). The new luk slaves have some kind of hand bleeder switch that I haven't used yet but looks easy enough. There's one part number for duratec a different one for zetec, about $30 on rockauto

Welp, I'm reviving this thread to give closure to it.

After months of wondering about the slave being faulty, and after numerous times of bleeding (which only takes me 5 minutes or less on these cars), I finally pulled the trans and low and behold, half of the friction plate pads on the FW side had sheared off and were wedged into the 3 vent holes on the outer edge of the FW.

The clutch still looked great when I put it back in, but, looking at how this disc failed, I think I must have let it drop slightly while I was installing/ tightening the PP, and cinched the disc between the PP and the FW on one side.

I've done these clutches quite a few times and never had such a snafu.
Figures, it had to be my boosted car's expensive clutch I screwed up rather than the daily zx3's.

I would like to reuse this PP if anyone knows where to source a friction plate by itself.

I started a new thread asking if anyone knows, but, I might as well ask here too.

Thanks.

Sachs PP, but, I can't find a builder name on the disc. Says T-NKK on it.

Wow,
Sorry that it turned out like that but glad you got in figured out. Looks like you just need a disc. A stock type disc will not fit your pressure plate?

I was thinking of reusing the PP, but, I'm having doubts since I don't want to pull this thing back apart again.

I may just say fuggit and get an fx350.

Will a stock type disc not fit your aftermarket pressure plate?
