Unhappy Reasonably priced reliable scantool

I am looking for recomendations for a reliable and reasonably priced scantool. Was just dealing with obdsolutions and their MX+ and have had to many problems with the company and that particular tool. Just started a mobile mechanic business and things were going well so I quit my crapy job just to be hung out to dry by these folks, looking into getting a lawyer. Anyway, just looking for recomendations. Any help will be appreciated! Not looking to spend more than $100 and need it to interface with windows pc and android. Was looking at the bluedriver but kinda leary now. Thanks good people

This is $30 and it works well enough for me with my laptop. Not a pro mechanic, but I've used it on mine and friends' cars.

I'm at loss, I know that their other products have really really good reviews but dont really like how they dal with customer service! Just went to the link you provided, this is the first thing I bought but could not make it work with my 05 zx4. What are you using for software??

The cable comes with OBDwiz software. I've used it maybe 5-6 times, but it's always done the job.

Check Harbor Freight for inexpensive scanners as well.

Well maybe I am just doing something wrong. But getting customer service to give me any real help apparently is impossible! All they give me is basic answers that any computer savy person would have already tried. Really love everything else about the product. Tech support could really be more helpful.
Thanks Again

Ohh, and I have a question, what do you mean when you say snorkel delete?

i own and (occasionally use) an autotap - but i'm not even sure they are making them anymore..l, it wasn't the cheapest, but offered great read outs.
to be honest, its handy when you have a DTC or other reason, but unless you are digging into things regularly, sits on the shelf more than anything.
i hear there is even an app for this these days.

Thanks for the reply. Lol! I had kinda spaced this whole thread as OBDLink finally got their shit together and came out with a firmware update that corrected problem. I was really at a loss because, really, no other tool for under like $450-$500 offered what they were and still offering. And I,just getting back into the business end of it, and workin a crap job, and a single Dad don't really have that kinda money, or even if is worth it!! But now that it works, it's even better before. Just really wish they have customer service for those of us that know a thing or three about how computers and wireless devices work!!
