Question Left over part identification

Hi, I have just done a rear power window regulator repair on a friend's 2000 Focus Ghia, everything is good except I have a strange looking nylon (or some sort of plastic) screw/fastener left in the center console tray where I put all of the door lining screws for safe keeping. The replacement parts I ordered after dismantling took 2 months to arrive and I can't for the life of me remember removing this screw or figure where it might go. Just wondering if anyone recognizes it please. It's quite possibly nothing to do with the door, or dare I say it, a Focus, the owner doesn't recognize it.

Without wanting to break any rules some pictures of the fastener can be seen at compliant dot co dot nz.

TIA for any help/advice
Willie
