FWIW - if you're researching that listing of a settlement it's under the name of the original plaintiff, not the law firm involved. That's the reason for "Vargas", a name few may have heard of over the years.

What’s the issue? Do you have specifics? It seems to me that the new reform is rather well thought out and has good legal grounds. If any problems arise, you can always turn to a law firm that protects your rights. https://mosheslaw.com/personalinjury/ For example, you can contact this law firm, which can protect your personal rights in all sorts of situations.

Yeah we are not the best place for legal support. You are going to need to find a lawyer locally

You could take a look at CityData.com forum as they have bloggers from different cities. But CAVEAT EMPTOR. Just because someone says "Joe Blow is a great lawyer" doesn't mean they are.
Other thoughts....do you have any law firms that advertise their service frequently for car wreck representations? Again, tread warily and do your homework, it could get expensive.
Real Estate agents often know law firms, obviously for house transactions but may know someone who knows someone etc.
I'm assuming you've asked your insurer?

Make sure to do your homework.

I noticed I gave the incorrect link to citydata. The one I should have given is:
