I spoke to the attorney, whom filed the lawsuit against ford. The case was appealed. During the appeals, there is the option to submit claim through mail. Submit the courts voluntary arbitration form with supporting documents of repairs, tows, & etc. Mail to:

Ford Transmission Settlement
P.O. Box 404000
Louisville KY 40233-4000

And my I suggested send it certified, therefore, you will receive confirmation that it was received. This is for arbitration requesting Ford to buy back the vehicle. Google "ford transmission settlement case documents" for the form then print off. You will need form for "Intent to arbitrate". Sorry, will not allow me to post the link. By the way it can not be submit online. Mail it.

Attorney contact info:

Capstone Law APC
Phone: (800-279-5343)

I actually received a call back.

Installed a dash cluster with a tach in my 2007. I decided to make a note in car's file that I installed a cluster showing 185k when the real mileage is 103k. Good enough.

I replaced all the bulbs in the dash cluster before installing it, too.

Do you have any info on the Toronto Law Firm?

Wanted to contact them to see who they would recommend or are working with on the USA side that is doing the same for USA owners.

I've got a friend who is trying to get info on this matter since he is dissatisfied with the transmission conditions on his Focus and repeated trips to the dealer....

I'm using a color silicone cover/slip over my RS FOBs.

I'm using these amazon specials to protect & keep my FOBs looking new.

I'm using a cover now from Panda Motorworks. Shows off the ST logo. Also works for those with the Ford logo.

Sent from another garage.
