I really would like to just the IAC completely if that's possible. Can it just be tuned out of the computer?

BIG OL' UPDATE:

I got a lot of work done on the motor this past week. Got my ARP studs in from Massive and was able to get the head installed on the motor, as well as the brackets for the accessories bolted on. I was also able to get the cams installed with the NOS Ford Racing adjustable cam gears for the Zetec made by Esslinger. I also happened upon an Esslinger crank pulley to match the cams gears (apparently though the gears were made at different times because one of them is a metallic blue, and the other one is Satin Blue. Kinda bugs me, but it's not too noticeable from foot or two away. Its also difficult to capture in photos).

I also used an SVT gasket which is thicker than the regular Zetec head gasket. The compression with the pistons I have are 10.6:1 and I wanted to lower the compression down to about 10.2:1

I was also able to get my European Escort XR3i intake manifold mocked up finally. I only had to cut a little bit off the lower front corner adaptor for it to fit since the alternator bracket on the 2.0L Focus is different. Aside from that it bolts right up to the head with no issues. The main reasoning behind using this intake manifold (as you can see from the photo below) is that it leaves a huge space underneath the intake manifold and behind the alternator. A perfect space that I can use to mount the m90 supercharger and keep it out of the way and somewhat hidden.

As much as I loved the supercharger sticking out the hood of my car the last time I did it, I want to keep this one mostly "stock" looking from the outside.

Well I got the timing belt on as well as the custom front cover since bolts for the motor mounts are no longer needed in that spot. I also got the belt routing figured out for the serpentine belt with the supercharger.

In other news the GM M90 snout swap is complete!
I pulled the snout from a 2004 GTP to fit onto my SuperCoupe M90 supercharger. I thought the snouts would be a direct swap, but I was incorrect. Due to the design, the GM snout is much more shallow than the SuperCoupe snout, so I had to do quite a bit of grinding on the housings to get them to match up.

Now that I have this longer snout on my supercharger, I can fit the supercharger behind the alternator, and underneath the Euro intake manifold that I bought specifically for this setup.

Now I just need to make a bracket to bolt my supercharger to the side of the block!
