Too many check engine lights

The physical light in my 03 SVT has been broken since I bought the car, however the P0420 low catalyst efficiency code has also been present for just as long. Today I plugged in a scanner on a whim and found P0171 system too lean, and P1883 Camshaft position timing over retarded. The car apparently runs fine, but this is probably too many CELs to just ignore. Any advice on where to start diagnosis is appreciated.

Another one that waits too long to fix things. Where the 420 code likely came from. And likely over 60K miles too so a broken timing belt will fix all problems shortly by bending every valve in it.

Can you elaborate on that? To be clear, the lean and over retardation codes just came on recently.
