All the bolts are rusted stuck on my current engine, when I try to loosen them they just snap off. I’ve tried map gas and a easyout extractor and head bolts won’t come loose, I need to do my head gasket and if I can’t get bolts out without snapping all them then gotta get new engine

Use easy out extractor. Not a reason to replace what you have. Why are bolts so rusted.

Head bolts are in the environmental controlled area of your engine as in they are submerged in oil and oil mist all day. Unless the motor was left bone dry for years the head bolts should not be rusted.

Are you using an impact? An Air or electric Impact can reduce bolt braking by having faster pulses of a high impact than a long slow torque on a cheater bar.

Head bolts, if they all brake then you can still pull the head. then you can use vice grips or take the block to someone to weld on a nut to the broken bolt and extract it. Replace with ARP head studs.

I’m guessing it was sitting for a long time “before I bought it” using my cheater bar snapped a couple bolts. My impact sucks 😕
