63360 inches in a mile
Circumference = pi*D

Stock tire size 215/45R17 = (((0.45 * 215) x 2) / 25.4) + 17 = 24.6" diameter
Confirmed on tire rack looking at the 215/R45R17 BFGoodrich g-Force COMP-2 A/S

3.14 x 24.6" = 77.34" = Circumference

63360 / 77.34" = 819.23 Revolutions per mile

...Gear......Lay......Lay:diff....Overall
...Ratio.....Shaft....Ratio.......Ratio
1 4.44:1.....1.......2.88:1.....12.7:1
2 2.67:1.....1.......2.88:1......7.7:1
3 1.33:1.....2.......4.25:1......5.7:1
4 1.08:1.....2.......4.25:1......4.6:1
5 1.33:1.....1.......2.88:1......3.8:1
6 1.08:1.....1.......2.88:1......3.1:1
R 2.82:1.....2.......4.25:1.....12.0:1

Max RPM 7,000 RPM on SVT. 7000 x 60 = 420,000 RPH

420,000 / Ratio = wheel rotations per hour

33070.9 revolutions x circumference

so... (((7000*60) / Over all ratio) * 77.34)/63360 = speed at RPM

This drops down to 512.67/Gear Ratio = speed

So.. 40.36mph in 1st gear, 66.5MPH in 2nd gear, 89.9 MPH in 3rd, 111.45MPH in 4th, 134.9MPH in 5th, 165.3MPH in 6th

simple math people...

Thanks for the calcs, Magus.
I think redline is 7200, so those numbers might move up a little.

None of the car mag reviews I found listed it.

I'm not able to test it myself just now, as I need brakes.

I don't know how many miles are on the timing belt. I bought the car with 156k on it and have put 8000 miles on it; but I looked at the belt and it looks to be in very good shape. I'm getting a little noise out of the idler gear though, and I bought one to put in.
