clutch replacement

Going to replace a burned out clutch on a 2002 SVT with a LuK 07-175 Clutch Set that includes the dual mass flywheel. The SVT was picked up used with 140k miles and I think it's all stock but haven't taken it apart yet. I've seen conflicting info about whether new bolt sets are needed for the flywheel & clutch pressure plate or if the originals should be reused. Any tips from people who have dropped in a LuK before about the bolts or other parts swap recommendations while it's torn down would be great. Thanks

I just got done replacing the clutch in my SVT, and I replaced the flywheel bolts in mine. Also the pressure plate bolts too. I would also suggest getting the luk slave cylinder donít waste time with the autozone one, I just had to remove everything all over again because the autozone slave was defective.
sailor and felixthecat like this.

Use new bolts. The Luk kit is the best option for a daily driver. I have my Spec 3+ laying in the garage.
