Hopefully that won't be my car. I just drove it the 18 miles to work today and I have fallen in love the the performance/per dollar value of this car. I need to keep it running.

Ordered all the parts from Steve over at Tasca ports. Nice guy. Pretty informed. I'll order the tools tonight and wait for it all to come in. I'm going to do the water pump while I am there. I'm a little nervous about the VCT.

do it right take care of it and dont attempt to get 1000hp out of the thing...

we have a regular here named Tom "Username: 1turbofocus" poke him if you want to add a little umph to your engine he will guide you down the right path to not turning your engine into a ticking timebomb..

just for a smirk... you bought that,, im looking at buying this xD irony on the color seeing its also sonic blue and this one is unwanted and unloved

My brother and I did the timing belt. It was my first. The car runs great. No codes.
It still has a hanging slow return to idle. I was hoping the timing belt change would fix that but it didn't.

I can fix the idle issue and much much more with my Custom Tune , best mod you can do for your SVT = Safer , better over all driveability , better performance , better idle etc

My 2nd timing belt snapped at 160,000. A new engine from Tom and all is better than new. A tune is in the future for this year.
