Might just have to take it apart and check the condition of the current seal. And then if it is damaged get measurements and find a replaceable one from measurements. I have never seen a rebuild kit for a slave cylinder on her. I don't think any ones asks for a core for them so no one else really rebuilds them.

I have not seen any cores either. I know we had a bitch of a time finding a seal for the rack in my EGT (30 year old reman parts suck). And that was easy to reach. We don't want to do the slave again!
