I would like to see your H4 bulbs. List brand and type please also. Has anybody ever removed the shield in front of their bulbs?

8500 is the color not the temp, 8500 kelvin would be unbelievably hot.
4000-5000 is yellow with a whiteish hue
6000 range is white with a blue hue
7000-8000 is blue with a white hue
10000 is blue
12000 is purple
This is assuming HID's atleast. If you bought some crappy halogen bulbs from ebay that claim 8300K HID look alike, they'll look like normak yellow headlights.
