Zetec SVT in a Caterham - permanent codes

Hi, folks

I have a 2005 Caterham with a 2004 SVT motor. This is a car I've wanted for many, many years and now because of Georgia's frustrating emissions rules and the way Caterham modify the wiring and change hardware, i have 2 codes that cannot be cleared, meaning it will fail GA emissions and i won't be able to register it, at least not where i live.

My options are to persuade them to allow a tailpipe test which is likely to be a hard sell because it's a post '96 car. Register the car somewhere else, or figure out how to make these codes go away, so i'm looking for someone who can advise me on this, or provide the service in Atlanta.

The codes are - P0453 generic evaporative emissions system pressure sensor/switch high input. and P1451 ford evaporative emissions system vent control circuit

I don't know enough about how Caterham have changed wiring and hardware from the original Focus so I'm somewhat in the dark, but i have read from another Caterham owner that modifying the data to the ECU can get rid of the above.

I would also need a MIL as this is another of Ga's requirements. Hopefully this is as simple as connecting an LED to a specific wire or pin, but again i'm very new to this so I don't know.

Does anyone have any advice, or know someone in Atlanta that could do the work?

Thanks
