Stud inserts into CAT and Flex?

Does anyone know what the Stud knurl size and length is for the studs that go into the CAT? The CAT has studs at the Flex and the header collector junctions. Mine are all rusted and bent due to rust and the TQ required to have removed the nuts.

Worst case I will just get hardware where the bolts are about the same size and just use bolts. I would like to try to keep the use of studs.

Thanks!

I appreciate your responce but that seams like that's the only answer you ever give...

These are not a sub item from Ford as they come I already pressed. I will ask, but don't expect him to have a Ford OEM part that is for sale. Also was hoping that if I got the I formation on size I could see if ARP has anything in that size and range as these bolts are always breaking and need to be stronger and higher quality metals.

Just wondering, why do you want the studs? IMO they are worse to deal with because there's more struggling you have to do if you need to take parts of the exhaust of. I have bolts with a nut and washers on mine

Trying to keep things more standard even though it's not all OEM.

I have just bolts on my other car. It can be just as much as a PITA. Have to have a socket/wrench on the other side. Have extra washers. More difficult to have the gasket held in place if the bolts get pushed out. There are pros and cons to having them both.

Perhaps some of my problem is not having a larger OD bolt. I will get a set of calipers and measure the opening on the parts I am getting and get the largest I can.

If I am doing the bolt and not the studs, stainless hardware is in order.
