Need help on identifying problem, Power issues

Recently my ford focus svt 03 is having trouble, the car runs fine till about 3 minutes in. The thing starts shuddering and its acceleration is terrible. I can get to around 3000 rpm before it starts bucking and slows down to a crawl. Eventually if I keep giving it gas itll shoot off like it managed to catch whatever it needed to. Overall during these fits im getting lots of vibration when accelerating, and its idle is super rough.

All this started happening after a drive back from CO. to NY.. About a month after the drive these problems started up.

From the research ive done on the car ive put a few list of possibilities that im planning on running through. I think it could be the throttle body, the tps, the spark plugs, the coil pack, the fuel pump, the fuel filter and possibly the timing belt. Im getting a smell of exhaust in the cabin, not so much in the bay and no smoke.

I have a check engine light going on for o2 sensors.

Hello fellow NY. What is your mileage. For the SVT timing belt should be changed around 100000 miles. Check your coil and coil wires. Change your 02 with oem only. Tascaparts.com ask for steve he is SVT guru.

Was going to say O2 before you even said you have codes for it. Runs good when it's cold, then when it goes to closed loop it's running terribly. Replace your upstream O2 with a motorcraft/Ford one only. Got mine for $36 on amazon, made a noticeable difference in how smooth it runs
