Hrm mine is running fine with no pending codes. I cleared it but have only drove about 5 miles with it. So no new codes yet. However mine is still driving great for those 5 miles.

My O2 sensors have been exposed to oil, painful story you don't want to hear. Doesn't surprise me they are bad

Just an update for anyone with this problem in the future, got a new motorcraft O2, put it in a couple weeks ago and problem was fixed. Plus it runs smoother

Any recommended sources for this PCV hose under the throttle body, besides a junkyard? Mine is collapsed as well and I'm chasing P0171 & P1131 codes.

When my other hose failed I bought this kit. Used the small hose but the long hose looked the same. Comes from Autozone.

I ended up getting all of it from Ford. The 90 degree on top of the PCV valve, the metal tube, and the one going to the intake. Havnt has problems since, but the O2 I put it went bad again and it goes into open loop when idling. I've seen over 50% short term fuel trims before it does....

Picked up one of these today. Man, that thing fits like crap! It'll make for a temporary fix, until I can source a correct replacement.
