Mach Headlight blowing fuse.

So my passenger side Mach keeps blowing the fuse. I had it working just find for about 10 minutes but I turn moved the car and it blew the fuse.
Messed with the wires and now no matter what i keeps blowing it.

I unhooked it and hooked it up to the Driver Side and it blew the fuse. Took the DS and hooked up to the PS and the headlight works fine. So I know it has to be something wrong with PS.
i am wondering if its the ignitor or wiring or maybe a grounding issue.
I am not a good diagnosing electrical issues like this.

Ooh fun. All the wires look ok? Inside the assembly? When it blows does the whole thing go out, or just the projector for example.

Would say its the ignitor. You can pick one up used on ebay or new at tascaparts.com

The only thing that still works is the high beam. No turn signal, running light or marker light. Wiring looks fine. I checked it all over when cleaned them up and painted the inside.

Side note:
It has not work since I got the car. I thought it was the bulb because it was white when pulled it out so I replaced both bulbs.

Well it's something in the headlight, not the car itself. Since the problem followed the headlight.

Only things are ballast and ignitor. Go ahead and swap them and see what you get ( ballast and igniter). Or one at a time.

I keep a bunch of fuses at home just because of this.

I am going to swap them around tonight. Need to go a bulk pack of fuses today to do some testing with them.

Would also running a ground wire from the inside of the head light to the outside on a body be a good idea?

OK, So I swapped the left light to the right and the vehicle side wiring is fine. Swapped out bulbs and ballasts and they are both good. So it is leaning highly on the fact that the ignitor is bad.

Side note" I can not get headlights to adjust. So these things have the high beams pointing to the sky. LOL I think I might just a different set and be done.
