im confused looking at your picture.
is that OEM ford stuff? wheres the flange? you might need part of the exhaust as well as the flex.

honestly if what i can see is the only problem. i would go to an exhaust shop and have them weld the two parts together (maybe weld a flange in)

??? this. Weld them together for a quick fix. Had the same exact issue. Broke on me in yellowstone of all places. I scared away all animals as soon as I fired it up. All the other tourist loved me. They all shook their heads in disgust haha.
