Help! unknown shift/transmission issue

Hey guys, so first off I have searched the hell out of this issue and cant find anything. My problem is that my 03 svt with 150,000 miles is insanely hard to shift while driving. If I am stationary with the car running or not it will shift through all gears with no problem. I checked the clutch cables and readjusted, replaced shifter bushing, rotated square piece on the trans shift linkage and changed the transmission fluid as well as bled the clutch. clutch kit and slave cylinder were replaced about 6k miles ago. clutch feels great and doesnt drag. I have put it up on jack stands and accelerated through gears with the same result. again if I am idling in place I can go through all gears fine and start from first gear with normal engagement and pulls great in all gears once in. but you really have to shove it out of gear and force it in to the next and some times it is nearly impossible to get it in to the next gear but there is never any grinding so synchros seem to be ok? double shifting doesnt help either. I am at a loss here and I feel like I have tried everything. If anyone has any insight please share! thanks guys.

Double clutching ONLY works with rev. matching, matched perfectly it SHOULD shift in & out of gear without disengaging clutch at all (not recommended except for emergencies).

It'll always be awkward on stands, and spinning fast at full droop isn't great for the CV joints. It's then always rocking back & forth without a steady load on it so the trans isn't happy.

Hard to get in/out of gear is usually from mismatched RPM and possible clutch drag as well.

Should be able to pop it into neutral from gear at the right RPM without a load on the drive train.

Thanks for the reply sailor. So you are thinking most likely clutch issue? Any suggestions on what to try or is it best to just pull the trans and get a look inside?

I couldn't tell from the first post if you'd tried matching RPM closely to see what happens then.
