Thumbs down Speedometer trouble

I bought an '03 SVT ZX5, and w/in 3 days of driving it, my speedometer and odometer stopped working. the dealer fixed it of course, but i put at least 100 miles on the car while the odometer wasn't working, and after they fixed it they didn't register on the digital odometer. the lead mechanic there (who is also the only one allowed to work on my car b/c he's the only A-tech) said there's nothing he can do about it. im just worried that if i try to trade in the car in a couple years, that the odometer discrepincey (sp) will screw me.
Any Thoughts??

Jimbo

Not enough to worry about. In a couple years you could be that far off or more just from going to a slighty smaller or larger tire size.

Did you buy used or new?

100 miles would not be enough to really worry to much about, you could always ask the dealer if that would affect the value of your Focus in a few years. Just a thought..

Since 100 miles is a small amount (on this car) I'd say don't worry about it.
