Loose SVT front fascia

Just bought an 04 SVT last week and last night while waxing it found a possible problem. The front fascia/bumper cover seems to have alot of flex where it meets the front fenders. When I looked inside the wheel wells, the inner fender liner (plastic) has several holes running horizontally across the lower edge that aren't connected to anything. Is there supposed to be some type of reinforcement or bracing here? My dealer had to have the car brought in from another state, so I guess it could have sustained some damage along the way. It is the same at both lower corners of the fascia, but seems too loose to be normal. Anyone notice the same thing? Can't get to the dealer till next week to have it looked at. The fitment at the fenders themselves looks okay.

Same deal on mine.
Just like you, I found it when I was doing a wash/wax job.
"Gees, that seems kind of loose."
Went to the other side, and it was exactly the same.

Yeah, I'm a little frustrated about it. The car had to be driven from Georgia to my dealer in Florida so I was wondering if the driver tore something up. Also, I had the windows tinted the other day and the bay they were working in had a car lift in it. Thought they may have banged it up as I found a piece of the right side skirt broken off where it attaches under the body!!!! So much for having something shiny and new:<
