Whining noise?

So I'm a new ST owner, it's a 2014 Tangerine ST1. I haven't inspected much but I know that it has a Roush CAI, uPower exhaust, and some kind of aftermarket BOV. It drives and sounds great aside from one thing that bothers me. Once I get to 4th gear, it whines when the accelerator is pressed. Continuously through 6th gear. I'm not sure what this could be. I found a kinked hose (I believe it's the PCV hose) that I dont think the issue could be. I dont even know what to look for. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you, fanatics.

Could it be? I'm not sure because it starts in 4th gear. If that's all it is then I wont worry about it. I'm just afraid of a transmission fault.

Does it vary by speed, rpm or only gear?

It gets higher pitched at higher rpm. I can hear it from 4th to 6th gear. It almost has a supercharger sound like a belt spinning a pulley. Not quite but almost
