ABS code C1288

Hey guys,

I hope you can help!!!

I have a 2007 ST3 and had the warning light come up for ABS. I researched with the code and cane up with replace the ABS pump which ford did and then recode it - it’s now coming up with this code and the light on the dash is still there....
The car doesn’t skid so seems the ABS is ok so I am just baffled

The code is C1288 - Pressure Transducer Main / Primary Input Circuit Failure - Permenent.

The Ford garage tried to charge me for not only swapping the pump but fixing it as well. Luckily I only doesn’t £200 on getting it replaced and recoded BUT the code is still there.

Is this a common problem? The car is perfect apart from this!!

Any help would be greatful - thanks guys!
