New engine wont start?

Hey guys, my first post here and unfortunately its come down to me having to reach out for some help on here because I am stuck.

Just replaced the engine on my 2016 Focus 2.0L FFV. Everything went great until I tried to start it and it cranks and everything but will not start. Also by new engine, I mean a slightly used 10k mile one.

Where the problem seems to be, is the fuel injectors are not spraying fuel. The pressure in the fuel rail is correct, there is proper electrical and grounding. Just no pulsing from the injectors. Crank sensor is good. PCM is good.

Anybody have any ideas? Is there some sort of engine relearn the Focus needs to go through after changing an engine? Any and all help appreciated!

Just a thought, but are ALL the grounds re-attached? I had a Chev do the same thing, and I found I had missed a ground wire. Small wire, but kept it from running.
