2010 SEL Engine Hesitating

New guy here and I just bought a 2010 Ford Focus sel with 140k on it. And when the car is going between 45-55mph it act like itís hesitating itís got a fluctuating idle

Any help is appericated

I second the idea of trying to turn off the overdrive, assuming the car is auto. My 05 would do the same thing around 40-45, and it was the torque converter attempting to lock up, which its supposed to do. It just wasn't staying engaged.
