I probably wont be at the shop til next week but at wot the throttle hits the iac bolt head. I probably cant leave the one hole unplugged so about a 1/2inch spacer would help. Ill see if i can just use a different bolt first

Picked this metal valve cover up at lkq for 15 bucks. Came off an 03 zx3 w a 2.3. Now i can powdercoat this one. Has all sensors my 05 has. Kinda wish i had a hatch maybe my next project

Woohoo success. She lives! Runs really well even with open header and no tune. Not sure how to post my video. Next week hopefully tune will be in and gotta install exhaust and bleed clutch

Ya it is definitely loud! Thats awsome that you got it running now! just need to do tuning and you'll be all set!! I wouldn't run it long without a wideband and stock tune.

Oh i know that video is all that it ran for. It doesnt even have coolant in it juat wanted to make sure it would fire before we completely finish everything.
