Im using the 2.5 injectors and obviously spark plugs. The new motor did not come with coils, was wondering if the 2.3 coils and boots will work? Trying to not buy new coils $$$

The 2.3 coils and boots will work. That's what I'm using right now. Looks good. Really like that intake. Makes me want to try it out.

You are using an aftermarket TB? I think the stock 2.3 one should have bolted right up. Are you buying a new crank position sensor? Need the IAC for cable operated one

No, stock tb and stock 2.3 sensor. He originally blocked off the IAC and I told him it was necessary so I drilled a hole where he filled it in on intake. My car was a 2.3 so it makes the swap a lot easier already having timing cover, valve cover, oil pan, pick up, and dipstick.

Alright so the 2.5 cam gears are 38 tooth and my 2.3 intake cam gear is 50. So that is not a direct swap as far as swapping my old intake cam. Not sure what to do or what to buy

Correct you need a 2.5 exhaust cam gear. Reuse the caps from the 2.5. Must be in the same location and direction as when you pulled them
