^^whats the issue then, get a tune to turn off 2nd o2 sensor and you'll have no issues getting through the testing, or there are defouler devices with little catalyst tubes that fool the ECU into thinking the car has a cat...only issue is if they actually try and do a physical check for a cat, which would be hard to do with our manicat, would have to get it on a lift.

You can get dummy cats. Basically, it's a tube that has the bump/outside casing that would normally house the cat but inside its just a straight pipe.

I'm assuming the high flow cat would have a larger inlet and outlet.
Used stock one would hurt exhaust flow.
