Has this happened to anyone here?

So today I changed my pads out and pushed the car a bit. Came back home and saw a huge coolant puddle under the car. Popped the hood and saw coolant spraying from the bottom of the tank. Could it be a crack that opens up when pressurized? Engine was super hot. What should I do?

Yeah, unfortunately, those plastic bottles are prone to thermal cracking...

OR get the mishimoto version, which, yes its WAY more expensive, but is meyal so no more cracking or even odd coolant loss...

Should I get the system pressure tested and flushed? since this is the second time this happens in the span of one month. Think the coolant might have absorbed some moisture.
