I will try to get a dyno sheet posted when I finish up tomorrow , it has a sweet TQ curve one of the best on a Focus of all the years making turbo kits and tuning them

Were leaving it at this boost for now and running it a few months then upping it more to see what she will take

Tom
Tom are you changing TIVCT timing?

^^^and if you are, do you think that can help something like the TTR perform better past 3800rpm?

He'd have to dyno the car with the stock manifold to answer that question

If you have time to switch, that would really help me know if the TTR may also be much better under boost so at least I can stop using it as a paperweight.
Less TQ by number yes , better TQ over all is from this kit , the big TQ on the ST is over and plummeting by 4500 , when you shift the ST it comes back to a rpm that the TQ is again plummeting , I have seen a few ST that by 7000 was less TQ then a NA MK3

This TQ line holds flat from 4200 to 6500 in the 200 TQ range , when you see the dyno you will see what I am talking about

Yes that is wheel HP on my DynoJet Dyno

No I dont , The TTR or the Cosi that I made is not getting the air into the engine thats needed to make even stock HP/TQ numbers if they had been at least the stock numbers then maybe the cams could of gained some

The direction I am going with the cams would of made NA worse , these cams with many other things in the tuning are there to control Cyl Psi this is how it runs higher compression on 93 fuel , I am manipulating the Cyl Psi for boost so I dont have to take out so much timing , its a long process and in the end its working , making close to the same HP/TQ but able to maintain a higher ignition timing

Correct and I dont have time to swap intakes back to see what the stock intake is doing , I will do this at some point and it will require going back to a base tune for boost and working my way back to where I am now , if the stock intake makes more HP/TQ then all my cam and timing settings will be off

If the stock intake does the 19hp better with boost as well that would put me in the 255hp / 225tq range on 10-11 psi but thats speculation at this point

Broke the 245 HP mark yesterday

Focus is going back Home for a few months , going to have to look into the fuel pump in tank closer and see what pump it is vs the ST , getting a lean issue now above 6500 , More work to do

Tom supposedly the tank pump puts out the same pressure as the ST pump (Ford specs). You positive it might not be the HPFP we have? Either way it's best to loom at the tank pump. Great news for the community with those numbers :)
