I do silicone because it sets up and can be removed as well as once set up wouldntcome out even with boost

On mine the rubber can come all the way off and still be sealed because of the silicone in the Vac hole

i agree, silicone would work with the cap, but epoxy would work better, and it cures much much faster. there's 2 minute epoxy as opposed to 12 to 24 hours for silicone to fully cure...
So far just a little over 100 miles since doing it. No lights or anything have come on. The engine actually feels smoother now, probably easier on it to just have fuel in the combustion chamber instead of fuel and oil. I drained quite a bit of oil out of the intake..there was actually oil in the intake port on the head too
