I have also seen body control module issues while looking into it.
There's a recall for that. They reprogram the BCM. I got it done. Go to the NHTSA website and lookup recalls under your VIN. If you have that one then they HAVE TO perform it.

didn't work. I put the last tune back on that we did so I can take it to the dealer tomorrow morning.

I did see that while trying to research the problem.

however, the recall is for cars produced after June 2014. Not mine. I also did the NHTSA site and the only recall is for the door latch.

This one's coming out of my pocket...

I did. I even taped a big note to the touchscreen.

I'll update when I hear something from the dealer.

Well it turns out that the automatic start was causing the problem.

It was installed by a guy that the Ford Dealerships use, however, about 2 months after I bought it. So I guess it can be considered after market.

Whatever he tapped into in the steering column was shorting out and causing the car to keep running.

The dealer disconnected it and the car is good to go.

Good news is that it wasn't the tune or all the changes I've done to the car.

I think this might be the best my car has driven in a long time.

As for DYNO stuff. Don't expect any numbers from me until next year. If I want to shell out even more money for a couple more runs that is...

All I know is that the car is faster and you can feel the difference in the torque. I'm just gonna enjoy driving it now.

So i'm a little confused. Maybe I'm just an idiot, but is this one of Tom's kits or did you build or purchase a different one?
