Toms tune

Does anyone have a video to show how Toms tune shifts different than the stock software? I'm considering buying the tune when I get my tax return

i have not seen any videos. you'll just have to take it from the people who have his tune. It's definitely better.

Just get it. The shifting is much smoother than stock and you don't even feel it at wide open throttle. Remember: custom tuning will ALWAYS be better than a canned tune.

I agree, absolutely. We were having an issue with my tune. We sent emails back and forth like a dozen times, but he was persistent and was able to get it fixed. I blame my car, something with my ECU. It was the ECU strategy of my car causing the issue with a tune, wouldn't let me rev past 3500 rpm.

So far, the base tune is amazing in my 5sp with full bolt ons I was spinning tires all through 1st. LOL

So far, Tom has my vote.

If you look around on Fousfanatics you will see I have a very good reputation with my customers , my customer service and my tunes

I feel that anyone that has a issue with me , my customer service , my tune should first come to me and give me the chance to do all I can to correct any issues , If I cannot or wont then come to the Forum or face book and tell your story ,

You wont find one post where I wouldnt make a safe change to a tune , one post where my tune didnt work if instructions were followed and I was allowed to finish the tune to customers satisfaction

You will find a couple that either didnt/wouldnt follow instructions , didnt let me know there was issues and allow me to fix them , one on FF FB has never sent me any datalogs yet still complaining and there is a lot of " My brothers girl friends uncles son got a tune from tom and it was no good , I cant fix it if I dont know its broken and anyone that doesnt have my tune or worked with me shouldn't be saying anything negative , yet they do

Would be interesting to ask those guys posting how many have sent me datalogs in the last 3-4 days to fix any issues there having , my guess is none!

Things like me not wanting to make changes to there idle , fan settings etc is just BS , I will make any requested change a customer tune as long as it doesnt hurt there engine/trans

Anyone saying a negative post about me gets deleted is BS

I read what was said on FB and you have to ask your self why dont they post it here on Focusfanatics if there was a problem and I wouldnt fix it ? They post it on FB because they assume I am not on there because I dont post there , they do it behind my back which says a lot about there character

If you look around Focusfanatics you will find hundreds or happy customers , I strive to have great customer service and work hard to make you/my customers the best tune that can be made , No other tuner in the business spends the time with emails , phone that I do and am willing to do , I have added teamviewer as a tool to remote in and help customers with issues

You would be happy with my customer service and my tune like so many are

Tom

the ONLY people that i have ever met that talk crap about Tom's tune are the "my sisters, brothers, cousins, uncle happened to say... blah, blah, blah." or the best one i have seen to date is.

"man Tom's tune didnt help me at all. i got codes and the car runs like shit."
then i ask, "what happened?"
"ahh man, im running the tune tom sent me and it has codes."
i reply, "did you data log?"
them. "No man, i just put it in and go."

those are the idiots that talk shit. because they dont know how to do as they are instructed to get their car running right.
