I'm hoping Tom will answer the questions as he has been assisting the guys and can shed some light.
And guys, this is not your average SC, IIRC it is very different in terms of power delivery and overall power, as with other centrifugal types.
I probably wouldn't look at a SC otherwise.

300hp here we come..... lol.

The previous gen Focus have at least two SC options that push over 300hp..and then other options like the jackon racing that barely gets it to 200, lol

Rotrex Superchargers | Car Superchargers and Motorbike Supercharger Ki

This could be one option as its already designed for the engine.
To use this kit you have to remove your power steering , remove your A/C ( MK2 ) wouldnt make for very fun driving or buy the SC unit then make all your mounting which would be extremely difficult I know because I tried it , making the piping for me wouldnt be hard but for 95% of the people here it would and the Rotrex isnt boost adjustable with out changing pulleys

On the MK3 You would still have to remake the mounting because the block is so different as to where the bolt holes are vs the MK2 Duratec

I am guessing you mean for the MK1 ? or you mean the MK2 ? I know of no SC for the Focus Duratec ????

If you mean for the Zetec engine there are very very few 300hp SC Zetec engines out there and I built/tuned most of them with ProChargers and Vortech and everything was pushed to the MAX limit to get there

I'd have to agree with Tom on the difficulty on mounting the supercharger; it ain't easy. I did look a great deal into the rotrex as well but I didn't like the kit due to the location. The move instead, if you don't want to relocate your alternator, is to mount it on the back of the block under the exhaust. This might seem weird but I've seen it done in the caterham crowd and there are places to mount it. As with most of the more radical options for our car it is obviously completely custom.

There will be testing on a MK2 in May if all goes well then I will try it on a MK3 as an option to my MK3 Turbo kits
