Now that I have done it once and understand the process, I could do this install easily in 25minutes.
However, it is never as simple the first time. If you have basic tools, I'd guess you could do this easily in 1.25 hours since you will have to figure out how to access housing bolts and get hose clamps off.
I bet a shop will charge you $150 labor, which would be better applied toward another mod.

Likely true, because I'm still a little skeptical about the 180 TS actual benefits. I do trust Tom, and he said do it, so I did it before I get his tune loaded.
I will finally get around to getting the tune loaded next week.
Looking forward to chatting with Tom and getting the tune.

Where did you find the 180 thermostat? I saw rock auto had a 160 that was backordered, but everything else I saw was a 190.

I got one from Rock Auto $28 shipped.

Stant 48728 XACTStat 180 Degrees Fahrenheit Thermostat

No idea what the engine will actually be like with this stuff combined - Snorkel delete, K&N, Full MagnaFlow cat back, 180 thermostat, Mustang TB and a Tom's tune.

Sounds to me like your heater core is stuffed up.

Heater core? My engine temp is not high enough, odometer test shows not more than 150F*. Is the heater core related to engine temp???
