Through my reading i understand run the 2.5 head and get machine work done. High compression pistons. What about individual throttle inlets?

I would take a stock 2.5 , change the cams , add valve springs , adj cam gears and put it in all well with in your budget

What stage cams could I run? Stage 2 crower? I will need to do the vct delete also correct?
