Question Swapping from a male antenna mount to a female

Greetings,

I have a 2004 Ford Focus wagon that the antenna mount's threaded "male" piece snapped off. I found the OEM replacement mount on Amazon, but I can't find any short (~9") flexible antennas to match it (the OEM antenna is 28.8" long!). Does anyone know if I can replace the 2000-2007 mount with a mount that has a female threaded section? There seem to be many short, flexible antennas that are male threaded, and only short, stiff antennas with female threads.

Thanks for any help!

Thanks. I'm looking for the flexible kind, so they won't snap off if hit by something.

Examples from Amazon:
WMPHE-Universal-Compatible-Volkswagen-Installation/dp/B07K2V74RM/

dp/B0181HB6H4/

(Sorry, I don't have enough posts and the board won't allow me to post links.)
Couldn't find any that fit male mounts.
