Question Whine at higher volumes

I drive an 05 ZX4 St with the sony system. I have beefed up the speakers, added bluetooth to the stock headunit, and slapped some subs in the trunk. Naturally, I like to crank my system when driving around, and I have noticed a rev whine. I have better grounded the head unit, the cigarette lighter(as that is how I power my bluetooth) and more. Yet I still have whine. any tips?

Sounds like alternator whine. Checc all your ground locations and if you have multiples wires to one ground pin them to different grounds

Is the whine always present on every audio source? Power down the Bluetooth module. Still makes it on FM?

Is there an aftermarket amplifier on any of the door speakers? Or just the subwoofers?

There is a capacitor on the pass side of valve cover that kills spark from ignition from making whine in radio.
