Unhappy 2012 Blank screen...fix?

Is there a definitive fix for the blank screen. I have a 2012 Focus that has just started having this problem...Dealer pulled negative battery lead and it reset but has happened about 3 times in last couple of weeks.

Quite disappointing having dead MFT and Sync.

Our Sync died on Saturday. Tried to reboot and now just has a black screen. The dealership has not helped at all. They only blame Ford. So mad. Had the car 3 months and it is a lemon and no one will take responsibility for it!

Did you get any resolution?

Thumbs up Replaced APIM and Sync is now working

The dealer service person talked to Ford support and 1st replaced CRT which did not resolve problem and then replaced APIM which fixed problem.

Sync has been fine ever since the APIM has been replaced.
