I think that's what I'll do is just ceramic after a claybar and alcohol wipe. I need to search for the right one. Some say three months protection and some say three years. Then, a second coat before twenty-four hours.

A ceramic coating is different then a wax, So why would you think you need a 2nd coat? Specially if your going the coating way?

I honestly don't know what to think. I suppose a quality product is the way to go. I need more research. Mom bought the house in Los Altos in 1949.

Now look at the sky high property taxes.....thru the roof. One reason we moved up north, Seattle. Now there getting high here too. I take it your looking for a low maintenance product? Want protection, but not the work, hence the ceramic coating idea? Do to all the car shows at the QM & you won't find any ceramic coatings there, just mentioning. If you not up to or don't want to take the time, I get it....

I have Prop 13 but the Democrats are constantly chipping away at it. Yes to low maintenance and protection. Auto Show in LA around Thanksgiving and the basement has all the goodies. Each product say it's the best!
