2006 2.0 Vibration

Trying to track down a vibration, need some suggestions:

Car has all new mounts, plugs, rear wheel bearings, front control arms/ball joints, brakes are not warped, rear shocks, intermediate shaft, passenger axle, all 4 tires balanced out (twice), no play in the wheel bearings or tie rods.

So it has a strange issue that comes and goes. A vibration around 52 to 80... Can be felt in the seat and the gas pedal/ floorboard. Parts above were changed and or bad at the time. Seems the vibration would get better for a day or so then go back to how it was when a bad part was changed. Have turned the engine off to verify at specified speeds to see if it was an engine vibration and nothing changes. There are no mifires or CEL either. Ive troubleshooted almost everything imaginable, unless this is leading down to the cpu not receiving the correct signal possibly at the given speed.
