My car also has an intermittent issue with the idle droop. Most likely cause is the vapor canister purge valve. The number of views on my crap video makes me think this affects quite a few people:
I've had a high idle one time, after some laps around the local racetrack when it was 95°F out. I haven't seen this happen since then. This makes me think that high temperature makes it more likely for the valve to stick.
In any case, like rednek17 mentioned, there is a recall for this part:
If you make an appointment with your local dealer they should be able to fix it for you for free.
When I looked for this part 2 years ago, before the recall, it was over $100 for a new one. Looks like the price has come down, in case you'd rather replace it yourself.
