Hair dryer or heat gun 2. Car wax or polish 3. Dental floss 4. Cotton Towel 5. Clay bar (optional) Install Time: Difficulty Level: 1 Hour 3 Directions: Items Needed Close-up image of the items required. Step 1 Clean the area around the badge with a damp towel and wipe dry. Step 2 Heat the badge with a hair dryer or heat gun for approximately 2-3 minutes. Step 3 Slide the dental floss underneath the badge and slowly pull badge away from the paint. Step 4 Clean the remaining residue (double sided tape) with a car wax or polish. Step 5 Buff away the wax or polish. Step 6 Make sure all the glue has been removed. Step 7 Spray the area with a Detail Polish. Step 8 (Optional) Clean the surface with a clay bar. Step 9 Buff away the Detail Polish. Step 10 Final inspection of the surface. If there are signs of glue then repeat Step 4.
