Yes its lowered, about 1.7" over the stock svt setup and no, i bought them at one of our suppliers.

some may think its tacky- but clear rear tail lights would help enhance the BLUE of the car by taking away the red. OR you could go with tail covers and paint them blue to match. Other than that, well done.
