Where ARE they???!!!!!!!! Ford U.S. sticks us with watered-down versions. My 2002 ZX3 looks so much better than the wimpy "new" ZX3 and other Focus models. I don't get it: Ford and the other Big 2 producers are tanking selling boat-sized, gas-guzzling SUV's and full-size pickups in the U.S., while their cousins over in Europe market such good-looking, up-to-date smaller CARS which sell like hot cakes. Sure, gas is 6 and 7-dollars per gallon over there, making the selling of Chevy Suburbans in London a death wish, but why is $2.89.9/gallon here in the U.S. "OK" for those driving the irresponsible SUV's and trucks flooding our roads?
Ford and the other U.S. guys are slowly turning to more cars and fewer of the gas-guzzling road hogs; will they be too late to stem the tide of what surely will be a fossil fuel shortage in the not-too-distant future?
