I ended up only using about two cans... I did 8 coats on each wheel. Now I could of been doing something wrong since I never have painted rims. Especially with the ses rims because the spokes are so close and it's hard to get the sides and valleys. Also I did it in mild cool temperature instead of the required warm weather for better performance. Why it probably took so many coats is because I was doing light coats.(probably too light)because of worrying about bubbling up. I still notice that the sides are not exactly matched up with the front surface, but once it's warmer I'll actually take the wheels off and touch them up.

I got the wheel kit from dipyourcar.com and that will be plenty. Plus enough to do it again or touching up! I got the glossifier too but didn't apply it to the wheels.
